Be sure to include payment for the quantity you want including shipping, with your name, address to ship to, email address, and phone number. Your order will be shipped U.S. Postal Mail. If paying with a personal check the order will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank.

Remember to add shipping to the amount of your purchase.  The shipping amount can be calculated on the order form - or add $6 for up to 3 bottles of skin solution and / or 2 months of foot solution.
