We ship all orders US Postal Priority to insure a quick delivery to you.  

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.  The exception to this may be the holidays - we like to have a day or two off as well. 

Sometimes there may be a glitch in our system - it happens.  If you don't hear from us - please feel free to email us at wecare@ibodyscience.com

 We hope you like our products.  If you change your mind and want to return your product for any reason - you can do that. Simply email us at wecare@ibodyscience.com within 10 days of getting your order and let us know you want to return it.  As soon as we receive your product we will issue a refund of your purchase price less your shipping cost. This does not apply to the sample towelettes.
